About MCP Preschool Programs
A flexible alternative or supplement to conventional preschool or kindergarten prep, Day School and Kid’s Camp offer children and parents early learning fun all year long.
We teach to the whole child through play-based, real world experiences promoting socialization, adaptation (separation anxiety), language development, self-sufficiency, cooperation, imagination, utility, problem solving, fine and gross motor skills, child to child mentoring, potty training, community awareness, academics and more.
We do not exist to “pump kids full of information”. Children are not receptacles. They are thinking, feeling, expressive, energies in motion who deserve personal, positive, caring, nurturing relationships that inspire them to be their best. We are education with heart and conscience.
We accept all children ages 2-6 years.* Registration is always open, though space is limited. We are a DCFS Licensed Center with CPR & First Aid Certified and educated staff.

Don’t be fooled by the words “Free Play”! Children work hard at their play. During these times we also make nature discoveries, play group games, complete special projects, and complete our daily tasks: feed the fish, water plants, cook lunch, set lunch table...

We are dedicated, educated individuals coming together from diverse backgrounds sharing a wealth of knowledge and experience for one common goal: the education of young children. We feel lucky to share in each child’s life for this precious but fleeting time. We see every day as an opportunity; to grow, to learn, to teach. We care and we love what we do.
