At My Corner Playroom children and their play come first. We will not forfeit a child’s individual imagination and creativity for a “ready-made world”.
We light each child’s spark
for a lifetime of learning and skill building through simple, fun, uncomplicated, educational play experiences driven by them. Along the way, we promote respect, fairness, equality and responsibility for self, others and the world in which they live.
Our tools- a treasury of classic, open-ended, and constructive play toys, including a sit-in sandbox (filled with rice!), climbing structures and dress-up props.

About Play Classes
Included with Membership or Punch-Card, teacher led, structured Play Classes are a great way for both parents and children to enhance their learning experience through music, sign, stories, science, and art while having fun.

More About Open Play
Open Play is the foundation of all My Corner Playroom Programming. It is the first and most important step toward play skill building for children. Yes- PLAYING IS A SKILL! While play comes naturally to children, it is an activity that translates to “real life”. It is the road children travel for development of social awareness, abstract and concrete concepts, problem-solving and more. It requires support, patience, consistency, practice and of course, time.
Children who participate daily in longer periods of uninterrupted, guided play build confidence in their abilities and take more risks positively affecting the development of more complex and advanced skill sets for life ahead. As a child’s play changes and grows, so too does the child.
Coming to Play
Membership: $50/month, $35 siblings
- Unlimited in and out daily play by the month.
- Includes Play Classes, Special Event admissions.*
- 10% Off when you book a Party.*
Punch Card: $135/10 visits, $90 siblings
- Unlimited in and out, one punch per day, play.
- Includes Play Classes
- “One Punch” Special Event admissions.*

Daily Pass: $15/day, $10 siblings
- Unlimited in and out play by the day.
- Play Classes admission additional $5/per child.

More About Play Classes
Play Classes are named as such because they are play-based and offered during Open Play as a supplement to the “free play” experience. They are teacher led and structured to provide focus on specific disciplines or areas of development.
Moreover, Play Classes serve as a window into the world of Preschool. They are designed to act as a forum for introducing new ideas to children, for practicing familiar skills and concepts, developing new ones, and as a resource to enhance children’s independent play.
Like Open Play, there are no reservations required to attend. All children are welcome to attend all classes regardless of age. Parent/Caregiver supervision is required for all children 3 years and under. Older children may attend alone with teacher permission and if parent/caregiver remains on premises.
Play Class Offerings
All Classes: FREE with Membership or Punch Card
Additional $5/child with Day Pass
Music Class: Every Friday morning
A traditional children’s music class with pint-sized instruments, puppets, and bubbles. Performances only on event days, no classes.

On-Site, After School & Home Care
Because sometimes “parent supervised” just isn’t possible...
You may call to arrange a sitter to meet you at My Corner Playroom to play with and care for your child as long as you need during Open Play hours. Or- we make house calls!
